I am the founder and CEO of One Accord Consulting, and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
With my experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Human Resources Director, I have witnessed how workplace stress can result in mental health issues for leaders and employees, including anxiety, depression and PTSD.
There seems to be a need for connection between leaders and employees in order to experience higher work satisfaction, which can result in being more productive and improved customer satisfaction. My goal is to help corporations establish dynamics that result in enhanced teamwork and overall productivity.
We all have the need to connect in a healthy environment, to feel a sense of belonging. My goal, by combining my experience, is to help corporations develop healthy connections in the workplace. Happier employees are more productive, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and increase bottom line.
